No matter what menu you choose, the following are included in your package: Packages are priced per person depending on the size of your group. Package prices range from $25.00 per person to $33.00 per person. Please note that all packages and prices are subject to change.

At The Carriage House we can accommodate from 50 to 300 guests. Although we may provide many things that you need in our package you are always welcome to choose your own vendors for:
- Photography
- Videography
- Florist
- Licensed Baker
- DJ Service.
We have been in business for over 12 years and have forged relationships with many vendors in the area, we will be glad to make suggestions if you need them, however you are never limited to those suggestions. This is your day and it is our pleasure to provide you with each of your needs.
With such a unique and special area as ours and such a varied blend of flavors, we have brought together a menu for your wedding celebration to please even the most discerning tastes.
 We offer choice selections of South Louisiana fare including Cajun crawfish dip, etouffees, gumbos, shrimp and corn soup and not to mention jambalayas from Gonzales, the Jambalaya Capital of the World.
In addition choose from traditional selections of spinach dips, marianara meatballs, parmesan eggplant, fried duck tenderloin with plum sauce and numerous other delectable choices all ensuring a celebration of flavors and tastes to harmonize with your special event.
